Vintage 1960s silk brocade dress coat by Royal Lynne, made in the Royal Crown Colony of Hong Kong.

Crafted from a lustrous silk and rayon blend with a woven floral brocade pattern, the coat features a clean mid-century silhouette with a rounded neckline and decorative fabric-covered buttons. Designed with three-quarter sleeves and a straight, slightly A-line cut that falls to the knee.

Two discreet vertical slit pockets are integrated into the front seams, while the interior is fully lined in smooth satin for comfortable layering.

This style was traditionally worn as a lightweight opera or cocktail coat, intended to be layered over an evening dress.

A refined example of collectible Hong Kong export fashion, admired for its craftsmanship and luxurious Oriental-inspired textiles.
