Vintage 1970s alexandrite neodymium glass vase with a remarkable color-shifting effect that changes from soft lilac to icy blue depending on the light source. Crafted in pressed glass, it features a sculptural hourglass silhouette, a flared rim, and an all-over raised bullseye pattern that enhances its optical qualities.
The faceted cylindrical body beautifully captures and reflects light, transforming throughout the day as the surrounding illumination changes. Equally striking displayed with flowers or as a standalone decorative object, it is a distinctive example of late twentieth-century art glass.
